Since joining EdComs in 2000, Eleanor has managed projects for clients in a variety of media. These have included:
- An NSPCC project giving 11–16s an opportunity to speak out on the issue of support services for young people
- an education programme for the Royal Air Force, with an interactive CD-ROM, website and workshop tour exploring Science and Maths through the context of real-life RAF jobs.
The RAF programme was a winner of a Hollis Sponsorship Award for Education.
A current project is the RBS group's MoneySense for Schools programme. This helps young people to develop their money-management skills and be prepared for independent living. The project received an E-Learning award and a BITC Big Tick, and was 'highly commended' at the IVCA Clarion Awards.
Eleanor graduated from the University of East Anglia in 1997 with a degree in History. She went on to spend two years working as an assessment coordinator for Edexcel.
Eleanor is a keen footballer. She also takes part in a Reading Partners scheme, volunteering at a primary school.
