Liz Watts

As our Consultancy Director, Liz heads up our growing consultancy offer and provides strategic, communications and branding advice to clients as diverse as the Army, the DCSF, Microsoft, Personal Finance Education Group (pfeg), the Institute for Education Business Excellence and Comic Relief.

Liz joined EdComs in 2001 and has over 20 years' experience in strategy and communications.

She worked in brand consultancy as a Business Group Head for Interbrand running a corporate identity team and overseeing strategic thinking for their corporate-identity projects.

Liz also spent 16 years in advertising, working as a planner for three of the top UK advertising agencies – Publicis, AMV and BBH.

Liz started her career as a market researcher, spending more than three years conducting qualitative and quantitative research projects. She gained a Diploma from the Market Research Society in 1982.
