Steph joined EdComs as a senior research executive in early 2007. Since then she has worked on qualitative and quantitative research projects for a number of clients, including the Department for International Development, Sainsbury's, BP, Comic Relief, the National College for School Leadership, Transport for London and Google.
After graduating from Middlesex University with a degree in Psychology, Steph spent three years as a senior research executive at OMD UK, a media planning and buying agency. She went on to work as a senior strategic planner for Yahoo! Europe, where she created online marketing ideas for clients such as Boots, Sky, Nissan, Toyota and Microsoft.
In 2006 Steph completed an MA in International Relations at the University of Kent.
Steph is part of the Reading Partners scheme at EdComs, a volunteering initiative that helps children to practise reading in primary schools. She is a member of the Association of Qualitative Researchers, an associate member of the MRS and is also learning French.
