Victoria Millar

Victoria joined EdComs as a project manager in 1999. She was previously at the education branch of HarperCollins Publishers, where she developed resources and textbooks for Modern Foreign Languages students.

Victoria was appointed to the board of EdComs in January 2005, and manages a team developing print and web resources, awards schemes and events for clients including the Wates Group, Royal Bank of Scotland, the Department for Transport, E.ON and the DCSF. She takes pride in developing creative and practical responses to enable her clients to reach their communications goals, as well as delivering the best educational outcomes for participants in their projects. Victoria is also responsible for HR across the company.

Victoria holds an MBA with a marketing specialism from Strathclyde Graduate Business School, jointly awarded with schools in France and Spain, and a degree in Spanish and Drama.

Victoria is a community governor of Avonmore Primary School in west London and a coach for Teach First. A four-month career break in 2008 spent volunteering for Raleigh in Central America has left her with a spirit of adventure.
