Google: Education business strategy development

In 2009, Google decided to build on their education work and commissioned EdComs to develop a strategy to drive their business activity in the field of education.

EdComs used an iterative, consultative process that drew on the expertise of key ICT educationalists and opinion leaders in order to produce an education strategy and implementation plan. This included the identification of potential partners and opportunities for promotion.

The resulting strategy was used to purse new work streams and develop new educational initiatives.
