Changing community perceptions and driving social purpose around the globe

EdComs developed a global education programme for DP World which engaged volunteer employees to deliver interventions in local schools and communities around the world. Modules provide an introduction to unique topics on global trade and the global supply chain, the role of ports in facilitating global trade and sustainability. All sessions aim to boost skills, aspirations and confidence, and deliver against DP World’s social purpose agenda. A dashboard enables volunteers across the globe to record sessions and evidence of impact. So far, the programme has been rolled out in the UAE, the UK, Argentina, Canada, India, Pakistan, Philippines, Senegal and Korea, and is available in 13 languages.
